"I met John McDowell at a job site when he was building a large addition to a previously built building John had built. He showed me around and explained all the features of the framing of this pole barn. He also told me that I could hire my own subcontractors or he had them available. Knowing he had subs to work with made me feel comfortable, as I have built 2 news homes. A contractor with subcontractors he works with is important to me. They are more dependable. I looked at another building he was building and then he talked with me about the estimate. His pricing came after we met at my job site. I had three additional bids and decided to go with John.
